Order Processing
All orders are processed immediately after payment is successfully completed.
Once your purchase is confirmed, your order is prepared and submitted for shipment right away. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International orders (if applicable): 7–20 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delays
While we process and ship orders immediately, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods
- Events outside of our control
Lost or Stolen Packages
Evernest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us at mair86704@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
